How we work

We keep things practical, honest and human. We would rather spend an hour understanding what is really going on than a month producing a thick report nobody reads. We work alongside your team, in the way that suits you, and we aim to leave you with ways of working you can run without us.

Who you will work with

Every engagement is led by me, Lewis, directly. Where the work calls for extra depth or capacity, I bring in trusted specialists, so you get the right expertise for the job without carrying the overhead of a large team.

A bit about me

I’m Lewis Jones, Managing Director of Aerten. I have spent my career leading change in large, complex organisations, from launching new services to stepping in when programmes needed rescuing. The main thing I have learned is that most change problems are really clarity and people problems, so that is where I like to start.
